Discount is not applied in the total cart price

The discount is applied based in the product price and not based in the total cart price.

To understand what I saying you can try to apply the discount of this woocommerce product (https://travelwp.estacaofloresta.com.br/roteiros/itarare-canions-e-cachoeiras/) and test choice 1 adult and 1 children. The discount will be 10% of the adult price and not 10% of the total cart price.

Is possible to change this?
