    hello,

    I am using the plugin for the first time.

    I completed it up to the stage of ordering through the test membership. Then I logged out of the page. After the specified time, an information message came. I defined a 15% discount on the email template page.

    Also, when I checked, 2 coupons were automatically created in the coupons area, which provided 15% discount.

    but the problem is this: when you click on the link in the message sent to the member, no discount is applied.

    Do I need to do anything different?

    Greetings for the day!

    The configuration setting seems to be correct in the screenshot. Could you please share your website URL? I will try to abandon the order and see if the recovery email works correctly with the coupon.

    Also just for testing purposes, can you please add the coupon shortcode {{cart.coupon_code}} to your email template? So in case, the coupon is not getting applied automatically, I will test the coupon code by manually adding it.
