Discount Not Being Applied in Cart

to clarify what we offer (in case I am setting something up wrong):

3-4 items for $10.00 each
5-9 items for $6.00 each
10-24 items for $4.54 each

etc….. we have 10 tiers of discount pricing and they are all different for 144 products.

any help on how to set this up so the discounts appear correctly and are shown as discounts in the shopping cart would be great. As I said, so far no matter what I do the full price is being charged no matter how many a customer buys.

More info….

I have tried other themes also. Every now and again it will add the discount with the current theme and other themes, but it’s very random. One time when I clicked on “add coupon” it added the discount even though there is no coupon for the product.

Sorry to keep updating this Ipshita, but I keep trying different things.

In IE the discount works on the product page but does not show on the cart page until I click “add coupon” … but there is no coupon associated with the product or any of our products.

I am stymied and I am sure it is some setting I might have wrong.

Late update. Apologies again.

I deleted the first discount line and re-entered it as it wasn’t working at all (which is why it’s on the bottom now. I could not figure out why the others were working and not that one).

The discount is now showing on the product page for all product lines when I hit “add to cart”

the last issue is the discount is still not displaying on the cart page until I hit “apply coupon.” As I said…this is the basic version and I have no coupons applied nor do I have any coupons applied in woocommerce.

Any ideas are so appreciated.

Anyone????????

I would love to use this, even buy it, but having to hit “apply coupon” no matter what theme I use is far from ideal. A customer would not know to do that.

That’s Strange issue!
None of our customers are facing this issue. We tested it at our end and the discount part is working fine on our demo site.

yeah it’s so weird. I raised a request as you suggested.
