Discount not calculating cart total correctly when coupons are used

    I have a discount which is based on payment method, which is supposed to calculate on the sub total AFTER discounts and all coupons, however it is calculating on the cart total only and not including the coupons, so the resultant discount is higher than anticipated.
    I.e. cart total is $500 and a discount coupon has been added for $100. For the selected payment method, the discount is 2.5% – it is supposed to calculate $10 discount, however it’s calculating $12.50 discount instead.
    I have double checked the Cart Discount settings, and the default settings are Apply cart discounts with cart individual use coupons and Apply cart discounts with cart regular coupons.

    Please advise what settings need to change?

    Yes, the cart discount rules are applying to the cart subtotal and not to the cart total, so unfortunately, there is not a solution for it yet.
