Discount not showing in backend Order

The discount per payment method is working and everything calculates perfectly. Yet when you look at the order in wp-admin the Discount line shows $0.00 (screenshot https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2743829/woocommerce-discount-per-payment-plugin-order-no-discount.png)

My client swears this used to be there in prior versions of this plugin but I do not recall. Is this something this plugin supports or can support?
