As per your query let me tell you that we have given two options for a discounted price.

1. Discount %: If you want to give a discount on the product price in percentage, then select the price type as Discount % and enter the percentage scale. Example 20 or 25.
2. Fixed-price: Here you can just enter a fixed price for the offered product without the currency. Make sure the offer price is less than the original price.

I have set the percentage value of the discount, for example 10, but the price remains the same.

I give the concrete example.

A product that costs € 20.00, I set a 10% discount, and for which I should see € 18.00.

Actually I see € 20.00 canceled, as is correct, but instead of € 18.00 I get back € 20.00.
As if the discount were not calculated.

As per your query, let me tell you that, there may be some plugins related to currency switching which is creating a problem with the plugin.

It may also be due to some changes in the HTML code on the site.
