Discount off certain products

To apply discount on “Accessories” category when customer buys from “Bike”, you can create Buy X get Y rule.

So if customer buys from bike category, they will get $100 off on any one product from accessories category which is cheapest in cart.

okay thankyou for this, doing what you said works, however is there any way to part discount, so i have a product worth ￡45, if i add 2 i get the ￡90 off, but if i add 3, i get ￡135 off, i want to cap this at ￡100

Currently, you have the option to apply a $100 discount to the cheapest product in your cart.

For instance, if your cart contains three items from the accessories category (product 1 – $100 off, product 2 – $120 off, product 3 – $150 off), the $100 discount will be applied to product 1, which is the most cheapest in the accessories category.

Regrettably, it is not possible to limit the discount amount to $100 by applying it to different products within the same category.
