Discount on products based on cart total

Hi! I was wondering how i could apply a discount to specific items on the store, only when a certain amount is reached on the cart total.

For example: i sell electronics, so lets say an hdmi cable is set to a price of 20 dollars, but if the customer has 300 dollars or more in his cart, the product price changes from 20 dollars to 15.

In this same example, if the customer has 500 dollars or more in his cart, the product price changes from 20 dollars to 12.
