Discount on promotional products

Is it possible for the plugin to apply the discount to a product that is on sale? If so, how do I apply it to this product https://projetos.dalth.com.br/glenif/produto/iii-congreso-anual-glenif-2023/?
the discount is based on the number of products purchased, like when you buy 10 products you get a 10% discount with the plugin and the product is on sale too.
