Discount problem with Free delivery

    Hi there. To better explain i will give you an example. The total cost of the cart is 50€, i have a free delivery at 50€. When the discount is applied (-10%) the total cost changes to 45€. So we should not have the free delivery option. How do i do that??

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the Your Order table.

    From my understanding, you’d like to hide the Free Shipping option when the order total is €45 after applying the payment gateway discount.

    Our plugin does not have the capability to hide or show shipping methods. However, it allows you to apply fees or discounts based on the shipping methods linked to the selected payment gateway in the Pro version.

    No i do not want to hide the free shipping option. There is no free shipping option under 50€. If you look closer, the total cart amount is 45 but the subtotal is 50… The shipping should be 3€, not free.

    Hi there. I will explain better.

    1. Buy 2 of these https://pourbebe.gr/product/you-can-do-this-mama-travel-mug-thermos-350ml/
    2. The amount in the cart is 50€
    3. Select the first payment method (Credit card), now you get -10% discount
    4. Total amount now is 45. That means that YOU SHOULD NOT get a free delivery (cause under 50€). But free delivery is shown cause the cart subtotal is 50€.

    As mentioned earlier, our plugin does not have the functionality to hide or remove the shipping method from the Your Order table. The plugin only applies fees or discounts based on the selected payment gateway and its configured settings.
