Discount Rule using URL Coupon

    Hi, I would like to ask for assistance regarding a discount rule using a URL coupon issue. The coupon doesn’t apply on the first visit; I have to add the product first and then visit the URL coupon again before the discount applies. What could be the reason for this?

    We checked in our local and found that when the coupon URL is placed on other tabs, it applies the coupon in the cart even when it’s empty. Once products are added to the cart, the discount is then displayed.

    1. Screenshots of the discount rules you have set up
    2. Your site URL
    3. Coupon URL
