discount setting-discount value

    Hi, as far as I’ve checked through your instructions, the discount value should be like this, when using percentage of cart total amount:
    discount value 10 -> discount applied 10%
    However, I want to apply 20% and it gives me a discount of more than 50%!
    Please help!!

    Can you please check if you don’t have multiple rules enabled on the product list / product. If possible share a screenshot of the active rules nd cart.
