Discounted prices with the Discount Rules plugin are not reflected in the feed.

    Hello,

    I need your support as we use WooCommerce on our website to manage the shop and the Discount Rules plugin (https://www.flycart.org/products/wordpress/woocommerce-discount-rules) to handle discounts.

    Currently, we have an active 50% discount on products with tags X and Y.

    In Product Feed Pro, the tag “g:price” corresponds to the “regular price” value; however, the prices appearing on the Facebook and Instagram catalogs are not discounted, and neither are those I see in the XML file.

    How can I display the discounted prices in the XML and in the catalog?

    Hi @michitortuga, I’m afraid we don’t have an integration with the flycart discount rules plugin.

    Since its a premium plugin, you might be able to reach out to them. But I believe that the discounting is done via rules, so I’m not sure how they will be able to determine if the discount should apply to the feed.

    Let me know if they end up helping you out and I’ll add the information to our docs ??
