    Hello!

    Thank you for your wonderful plugin.

    I really enjoy using it as it gives me a very professional way of presenting order summary to my customers.

    However, I have a question about Refunds Item on the PDF invoice which doesn’t show on it but the total amount to be paid only.

    Is it possible to add a Refunds Field so that I could prepare an invoice and send to customer with all of the details.

    Our customers do not pay for their orders immediately once placed, we add additional costs first and then send them an invoice for review and approval first. They will only pay the invoice if they agree to the costings quoted.

    Can you help me with this please?

    Hello Yuri,
    Refunds in WooCommerce are actually meant to be used as actual refunds, not discounts. For this reason, they are not printed in the invoice because this causes all sorts of legal issues (at least in most of europe you have to create a separate negative invoice, or credit note for this purpose).
    Discounts will be shown on the invoice too though, so I recommend editing the prices and add the discount manually before completing the order.
