discounts only on the second unit

Hello, I need to know if there is a plugin that discounts me on my products, but only from the second unit, that is, if I have a product of $ 10 and the client buys 2 of that product, I need to apply a discount only to the product. 2nd product, that is, the first would be $ 10 and the second, if I put a discount of 20% it should be $ 8, and the subtotal should give me $ 18. I have installed two plugins on my website, WooCommerce All Discounts Lite and WooCommerce Bulk Discount, but neither of them allows me to do this operation that I mention.
