Discovered – currently not indexed

  • In Google Search console, it is showing validation errors – Discovered – currently not indexed.

    Some links are indexed while some not.

    In the cases where links are indexed – It is showing “Page is not indexed: Crawled – currently not indexed”, “Sitemaps – N/A”.

  • Your site is very new? “Crawled – currently not indexed” would mean the page has been scanned by the crawler and is currently being considered for indexing. Than means: to be added to the search index, available for appearance in search results.

    Where do you see “Sitemaps – N/A” exactly? It suggests the URL in question is not available in the XML Sitemap. What type of URLs are they?

    If, for example, these are category/tag archive pages, then you can consider activating the taxonomy sitemaps on Settings > XML Sitemap. If they are date archives however, there is no such option in this sitemap plugin.
