Discrepancy in Abandoned Orders / Recovered Orders tabs

Just installed the plugin yesterday. Last night I personally witnessed a customer begin checkout and abandon their cart from the checkout page via Google Analytics real-time monitoring.
As of today, plugin now shows one row in the Abandoned Orders tab, but it’s empty with no customer or order info shown: https://i.imgur.com/eRRenJm.png
Plugin also shows stats (1 order abandoned totaling $XXX.XX…) in the Recovered Orders tab: https://i.imgur.com/A2sGlj7.png
Is this normal behavior? Why is there a row but the Order and Customer info does not show in Abandoned Orders tab? I expected the customer and order info to be captured, and an email sent by the plugin. How do I know if an email has been sent to the customer?
