Discussion / Comments not working

  • Hello everyone, I installed WordPress a couple of days ago and just tweaking the settings. I have the default “Home” for the blog and two static pages – “About” and “Archives”. The About just holds the basic info and I have turned off the Posts in the settings for this page. All good. The Archives is a custom page that is using a custom template to display the archives. All good. The general settings are set to: Anyone posts a comment – ticked. The Home page displays my post, but when you try to comment on it it gives me a error message:
    “Too many redirects occurred while trying to open…. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to another page which is then redirected to open the original page.”
