Disguise Recipients email address

Hi,
I’d like to hide the recipient’s email address when replying to a message so basically my real email is [email protected] but i want the user to see [email protected]. Is that possible? (the email is being sent to a help desk in a different company) Or does the recipient need to set up forwarding?
