Disgusted with the bait and switch

  • Like many others, I was a happy user of WP User Avatar, until recently I hit “update plugin” – and boom – ProfilePress installed itself.

    It’s a completely different app, with a lot more functionality, and they didn’t give any warning.

    This seems very unethical to me, and I don’t want anything to do with it on principle.
