disk enhanced issue on shared server

  • Hi,

    if i run W3 with shared hosted server.
    when i setup “Page cache” to “Disk Enhanced” i get the following error:
    “W3 Total Cache error: It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess”

    while .htaccess is fully allowed i do not understand what is this issue.

    Any idea how to solve it ?
