‘Dispatch of the Code’ email not sent

    Hello,
    We have all our WordPress & WooCommerce emails working.

    But ‘Dispatch of the Code’ email is not being sent.

    How can we resolve this?

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    Could you try to make some tests switching the theme to a WordPress default one like TwentyTwenty or deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Gift cards and check if the sending is working now, please? If after doing this the issue persists, please, check if you are having some error in the debug.log.
