I wonder why ditty won’t show the latest items. It always starts with the same older item from 2022. Changing Display Item Order won’t help. This also seems to be not a cache problem as the first item is the same (old one) also with another browser or other device.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It looks like you are using the Legacy News Ticker, from what I’m seeing in the Industry News section on your site. These items will always display in the order you have them manually listed. You can select to reverse the display off the ticks, or shuffle them, on the Global Settings tab of your ticker.

If you are trying to use the Ditty post type and have a Ditty set up (if you’ve transitioned form Ditty News Ticker to Ditty) make sure you also change the shortcode on your home page to reflect the Ditty post. Currently it is display an older Ditty News Ticker post and data.

Thank you for your assistance! Indeed the shortcode was wrongly pointing to the (old) classic type which had not been maintained. So, that problem is solved. However, the new Ditty short code creates a mess on the screen, not a smooth ticker. This is a sceenshot: https://imgur.com/a/dBKx7Dm

This is with OS x Safari, Firefox and iOS Safari

    Any ideas?

Thanks for the update. Is this how it looks when you’re editing the Ditty? This definitely doesn’t look right… Unless you are using a List display on your css line-height is set to a very small value.

Can you put the Ditty on a test page that I can check out?

This has been as shown yesterday but now it appears to work nicely without having changed anything. See website tt.financial .

Ok, thanks for the update. I wonder if it was some sort of cache issue. In any case, let me know if the issue shows up again.
