    Hey LOmiG,

FYI, I’ve been trying figure out what is causing this and am having a hard time reproducing the error on my side. Still working on it and will update you once I am able.

    LOmiG,

Another user said that they were getting this same error on their mobile phone, but not their web browser… and they did this which got it to work on mobile. Not sure if you have tried to see if it might be another plugin that you have installed?

“What worked for me was going to the?Really Simple SSL plug-in and, under Settings > Hardening > Basic, turning ‘off’ Disable user enumeration

I certainly need to figure out why that would be the case and am looking into it.

thanks for your answer. The problem is that i don’t have Really Simple SSL plugin on my blog. I will check the other plugins to see if there are such options somewhere… my bug is either on mobile or desktop browser.

Hi, i’m sorry i don’t understand why this problem is marked “Solved” as it is still not working on my side ?

    Hi LOmiG,

Like I mentioned above, I am unable to produce this error. The one other mention of a similar issue was solved by the users own troubleshooting, and it doesn’t seem that it is what’s happening in your case. Even so, I was not able to reproduce her error using the plugin she informed me of so perhaps it is a combination of things.

I am out of ideas and sadly more-so the time to try and reproduce the environment that causes this error. It was working at one point, can you identify when that changed? If perhaps it was an update to this plugin you could try a previous version of when it was working. They are available for download on the plugin page.

I don’t want you to think I am dropping this, I will keep it in mind from now on, but I am truly at a standstill on this one. I do still receive replies for any tickets regardless of their state. You are welcome to reply at anytime.

thanks a lot for your answer. I’m sure and aware that you do your best. No worries, it was just that the thread was marked as “solved”… on my side i don’t have enough time to install old version of the plugins i use. So i’ll wait patiently and/or try some alternatives, but there are not such Quotes plugin as your one.

    Hi,

I made a significant update to the plugin. I am wondering if it has helped with the “0” returns?

Hello, thanks a lot for having put a comment of update here.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t solve my problem. Everything works fine in the back-office.

on the page of quotes, when using a keyword in the search box, it returns nothing. And when clicking on the name of an author, it returns 0.
