Display 1 post at a time, but cycle through last 5 posts?

I actually have a couple questions:
A) How to make the plugin fill the area width wise, that contains it? I have a 2 column setup using Bootstrap, and I’d like the plugin to fill the right column.
B) How can I set this to show 1 post at a time, but cycle through the last 5 posts in a category?
