– Can you explain the cart popup and current results of information showing?
– Is this behavior managed by the theme? or plugin?
– Can you send a link to the theme or plugin used for the behavior?
The Product Add-ons plugin uses the standard WC logic and Hooks to display in Cart drop down and slider front-end displays. We suspect the plugin or theme is not using the standard WC logic and Hooks or potentially overriding the logic as part of their ajax functionality creating a conflict. This would result in the add-ons not to display properly.
If you can provide the additional information, we’d be happy to review and try depending on the compatibility requirements to provide support in a future release. In general, for all Themes or Plugins, depending on the popularity and user request for compatibility, we will review and potentially add compatibility in the future.
