Display all Ads for a short while

    I have use your plugin for a while, but it seems, that the plugin shows all the Ads for a short while on page load. You can see it happen at the top of the page.. Is there a fix for this behavior?

    Bye the way, i am using Chrome, but it is the same in other browsers too.
