display all export files?

I have a ‘strange’ project that I would like to use your plugin with. Curious how to go about it.

I have WordPress multisite and a number of my websites on the install all run woocommerce. Each of these sites would use your export plugin to export all the products.

Idea:
I would like to have a page on my primary blog that shows all the multisites with woocommerce export files available.

i.e.
site ‘xyz’ has file ‘export.php’ available
site ‘abc’ has file ‘export.php’ available

Reason:
I have a plugin that can take those export files and actually use them to import products into other websites. I use this so that my affiliates area able to import all the products from their ‘master’ stores into posts on their sites so that they can list the products and make money.

How hard would it be to:
1. take your plugin and have a master page listing all the export files available?
2. have the export file updated via a cron job either daily, or whenever a product is added/removed from the store?
