Display all posts by tag

Hi all,

I am trying to write a function to display all posts by tag, in this way:

TAG1
– post 1
– post 2
– post 3
…

TAG2
– post 1
– post 2
– post 3
…

Before start coding from a white page, do you have any suggestion/tip?
