Display all posts on a page relevant to catagory

I want to display all of my posts on pages with the title of the page the category the posts are in. So if I select a page, all the posts assigned to that category will display the title,image, and first few lines as it would of appeared when first posted. The reason is when they drop off the home page, people cant see them unless they know what to search for.
Its a sort of archive. I am using 2011 theme.
