Display all the categories where a post appears

  • Hi,

    I really need to find a way of displaying all the different categories where a post appears.

    So something like this….

    This post can be seen in “Cat A”, “Cat D” & “Cat Y”.

    Can anyone help please? I don’t know where to start.
