Display block-inline on Tablet & Mobile

  • Hi!
    I’m using the Divi Theme. I wish to display a group filter in the sidebar as a standard vertical list for Desktop view and hide it for tablet/phone view. Then the same filter in the body above the products on the same page as horizonal (block-inline) for tablet/phone view and hidden for desktop view.

    1. I get the duplicate filter error message and the filter in the body above the products does not display.
    2. When I add the #widget# li {display: inline-block} to the plugin custom CSS, I get in-line view on the sidebar.

    Anyway in the plugin or in Divi to have the filter twice on the page and display differently on Desktop and tablet/phone views?

    Hi Chuck,

    This is possible to do in the paid version of the plugin.

    All you need is to create 2 groups with filters(same filters are ok).
    First group will be for desktop. On the group edit page turn on option Hide on mobile and tablet. Add this group to the sidebar.
    Second gropu will be for mobile. On the group edit page turn on option Hide on desktop. Also turn on options Abobe Products and show filter in-line.

    Thank you. I have done as you indicated. Except I don’t see an option to “turn on options Abode Products”. Where is that setting located? Thanks.

    Group edit page. Option Show filters above products.

    Are there special settings for Divi Builder? I tried multiple view/not view settings on the individual filter view, and group filter view and Divi view. I can get the Group Filter to show on the Desktop OR the Tablet/Phone view, but not both.
