Display Blocks Based on User Input

    Is it possible to have a user defined entry for displaying the number of blocks?

    If the user chooses 2 then 2 blocks are visible.

    If the user chooses 3 then 3 blocks are visible.

    If the user chooses 4 then 4 blocks are visible.

    Unfortunately, Block Visibility is not designed to accomplish what you are looking for.
