Display categories only on shop page

    Cats and dogs are sub-categories under Critters, and when you click on Critters, the subcategories do show up there. However, they are also showing up on the main Shop page (note: I am going to be adding additional main categories and subcategories).

    I have shop page display set to show categories and category display as show subcategories. What am I missing?

    UPDATE… This DID NOT work. Changing from plural to singular results in only showing ONE main category, not all of them. So back to the drawing board of the original question, which is how do I get only my main categories to show on the main shop page? Shop Page Display is set to Show Categories, and Category Display is set to Show Subcategories.
