Display category in cart block

If I understand you correctly, you would like to display the product category inside the Cart Block, right?

Checking the Cart Block’s elements, I’m afraid that these are all locked items except for the highlighted items below: You may be interested in… and Accepted Payment Methods Hence, these are the only parts where you can add another block before or after it:
