Display Comments at Every page not appearing

    I think something wrong with WP Super Cache. The “Rewrite Rules keep appearing on top” even after the mod.rewrite rules are updated. Also the comments on every page at the bottom doesn’t show up even if enabled. Please see here https://prntscr.com/jgvqgf

    Can we do something about this? I feel like the Cache is not working even if everything is checked and enabled just because of those problems I mentioned
