Display comments in Page

Hi, I’m trying to display the comment form into my Pages but I don’t seem to find the option to activate it as layout (The page has already the Allow Comments activated). I downloaded the WpDisquz plugin and I should also get a comments widget in my library but I dont seem to have it as well. I hope you can help me.
