Display Condition Blocking Elementor Editor

  • Starting a few days ago I can’t edit the header of the site because every time I try to open it it just doesn’t load and shows me the option to open the page on safe mode, when I do this all the plus add-ons widgets disappear, after some tests, I found that the “Display Condition” Plus Extra was causing the issue, right now I can’t edit the header’s conditions because if the feature is enabled the page doesn’t load and when it’s disabled I can’t edit it as I need it. I already tried increasing the memory to 2000M but it didn’t work. Please help.

    Can you share console error log by doing browser’s inspect element? As, We need to check that to guide you further on that. There are one ticket already in process from elementor team regarding this. But, Once you share error log from browser console, we will be able to guide you further.

    @cyela That issue we already submitted to elementor team and It will be fixed in upcoming releases from their end. https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/19673

    You can see in that, We have suggested solution as well. Which you can also do by editing that file mentioned.

    Note : Make sure you take backup before editing any files and You check again when you update elementor plugin in future.

    I tried the solution suggested but that time not even the Elementor logo loaded.

    @cyela In that case, Can you submit ticket on helpdesk to guide you further as it seems to be pro version ticket or may be free version issue. But, We need to dive deeper to guide you on this. On the other hand, You may wait for elementor’s upcoming couple of version as they already did this in process from their end and they will release version with fix soon.

    Can I instead just downgrade Elementor to a previous version?

    Yes, You can downgrade Elementor 3.7.8.

    i downloaded elementor all the way to 3.6.0 and it finally resolves. 3.7.8 won’t cut it. this problem is driving me crazy.
