Display custom cart icon on same row as hamburger

Hi,

First of all, let me say thank you for the best WordPress theme that I have come across in weeks of searching and experimenting.

I am using a custom cart icon created with a code snippet and CSS. On desktop, it displays on the right side of the primary menu, which is how I want it. But on mobile, it gets pushed down to the row below. Is there a way to display the cart icon on the right side of the hamburger?
