• I am trying to display the customer’s email address and phone number in the appointment confirmation email that is sent to staff members. I can’t seem to find the shortcodes for those fields. Or perhaps there’s another way to do it?

I put in a support ticket two weeks ago and haven’t had a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Joy

In case this helps anyone else, support responded with the following link:
    https://doc.bookingultrapro.com/how-to-add-custom-fields-in-email-templates/

I followed the instructions in the link, and that helped a bit, I think. However, since the registration form was already asking for the client’s phone number and email address, when I added those fields, they had to then enter the phone number twice and the email address three times. I don’t think clients are going to be willing to do that.

I tried contacting support again. Once again, it’s been weeks with no response. Pretty disappointing, especially considering we have paid for the upgraded version on the plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since the email and phone number are already fields on the registration form, is there another way to just pull those into the notifications? If not, is there a way to remove them from the default registration form, and then add them back in as custom fields?
