Display different on FF C/IE

Great plugin, have used it successfully for about a year. Just noticed something – on FF and Chrome my tables display as expected, on IE (latest version, running Win Vista) the black border on the extreme left and right sides of the table does NOT show. The lines in between the cells display, just not the very sides.
Is this a known issue? Thanks.
