Display entire filter with selections (always)

Hello there. The below picture best explains what I am trying to achieve. Having both (1) and (2) would be great. But even just having (2) only would be fine.
- Can I still show the entire filter even when the url is filtered?
- Can I display a “Reset filter” button?
I am currently on the FREE version.

Hello Nick (@woobewoo). Thank you very much for your reply. The reset button works perfectly. For (1), I enabled the setting but the result is the same. That is – when I click on a category from the home page don’t see any of the other ‘values’ in my filters. (I have cleared my cache).
