We are still working on our form entry viewer plugin. It’s going to be a priority after the next round of add-ons, which are coming next week. If you are comfortable doing a little PHP work yourself, you can get the data you need using Caldera_Forms_Admin:: get_entries()

You can download my plugin which allows you to use a shortcode (so you can protect the page if you need to). There is also a CSV link to export the items.

It’s not in the repository, but here is the ZIP download link.

Usage:

[caldera_forms_export id=”XXXXXXX” submissions=”true” link=”url OR link” class=”button”]

submissions
controls the display of the entries in a table
set empty to remove

link
set to “url” to return only the url of the export link
set to “link” or anything else to return a formatted HTML link
set to “” empty to remove

class
sets the additional classes for the link above

You can insert it on a draft post using the Caldera Forms button. OR you can imply copy the URL when you try to EDIT the form and snip out the ID part, e.g.

It’s the same ID that the caldera_form shortcode uses.
https:// hostname . com /wp-admin/admin.php?page=caldera-forms&edit=CF567a861999fc0

so the ID would be:
CF567a861999fc0 (after the edit= part)

Actually just try it with ONLY the ID, the default it to display submissions anyways, and to render a download button below. Make sure you add it on a post or page, because widgets don’t by default run shortcodes.

PS. Of course you have to enable the plugin in the Plugin area first ??

Brilliant, that works really well.

Only one things – two of my columns are filled with ‘array’, as opposed to the content in the check boxes.

Also, is it possible to not display the first column ‘submitted’ (I already have a field on my form that collects this info and displays it in the usual UK date format)
