display event name in calendar?

Hi! I’m currently looking for a replacement for The Events Calendar and this plugin seems to have everything I need except one thing: it doesn’t actually display individual events in the calendar, the way TEC does (https://demvolctr.org/events/) People need to be able to scan our calendar for events they want, without having to click through every day to see what’s there.

I don’t see any way to change this in the settings, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something before I move on, because otherwise this seems like a great option. Is there a setting I may have missed to list events in the calendar view?

I’m comfortable adding code to functions.php if there’s anything that can be done that way.
