Display events in Multi-Site

    Hi,

    I have two sites in a Multi-Site installation. In the first (main) site I could create categories for events – I can’t find out how to do this in the second site.

    Another problem is – when I want to display events of a certain category (which I created in the main site) on my second page, it doesn’t show the events. I used this shortcode:

    [events_list limit=”3″ category=”4″]

    I have activated global tables. Is there something else I have to do?

  • Hi Linda,

    To show events from another site you need to add the blog id of the the site that has the events. Something like this:

    [events_list limit="3" category="4" blog=1]

    If you’re using Global Tables Mode, you can’t add categories to sub-sites.
