Display few last topics

    Hi. I have a mission to list/show last few created topics (let’s say 5 lasts posts). No matter which forum or sub-forum, just the last topics created.

    The main idea is that the visitors come in the website and see a section with the last topics and below comes the forum itself, it’s kinda “what is people talking about” section.

    I could not find any info in docs. How could I do that?

    Hi @ivangneiding

    The wpForo plugin includes a widget called “Topics and Recent Posts.” To use it, go to the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Widgets, find the widget, and add it to your desired widget area.

    Thanks for your answer. I would like to insert it in a page using block editor but I could not find any wpforo blocks there. I don’t want to use it as a widget in footer, sidebar or anywhere else but the page itself. Anyway, I found out that with Elementor or Beaver Builder I can add those widgets exactly where I want in a native way. I would like to use block editor but I will use Elementor instead because of this feature.

    You can easily add it in Elementor or the Block Editor. In Elementor, find the WordPress native widgets block, then locate the wpForo Recent Topics widget among the WordPress widgets and add it to your layout.
