Display flickering when I click on any element of the site

Hi,

I use the free OceanWP theme, I clicked on “clear data” for the “Regenerate local Google CSS files” option in the administration settings of my theme thinking of solving a title display problem in the drop-down menu although it was a case problem which I subsequently resolved by clicking on “customize” in the “appearance” section…
Since then, I have a problem with display flickering when I click on any element of the site that I didn’t have before.

How to fix this please?

My knowledge is limited in this area.
