Display Form Output on Post

  • Hey, Eveyrone!

    Searched plugins and did’nt find what I am looking for so I am hoping some of the gurus here will pipe in with suggestions.

    I have a client that would like to have more or less a survey form that that then displays the output of the form on the same page once it is submitted.

    They are using MU where each user/client has their training area. They want to use these form surveys/quizzes as part of the learning process and have the results to display for future reference.

    Any ideas, suggestions or plugins that do this that I am not aware of?
