Display form submissions in a table on site?

I need someone to be able to fill out a form, and all the submissions are displayed in a table on the site that people can see.
Specifically, I am trying to create a rideshare board, like the one you see here with the idealien plugin (unfortunately it requires gravity forms, which costs $39): https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/idealien-rideshare/
