Display from the same custom taxonomy?

First of all, thanks for writing this plugin. I find it as flexible as a cat.
This time I think I am pushing its flexibility though.
I have a CPT with custom taxonomy. I need to display a particular, different post, of the same CPT and the same tax, in the widget as the main post in a single view only.
In case I am under-explaining it, I need something like:
if single post taxID == Y
then widget content = Title + body from postID == X

Is there a quick way to do this with miniloop codes?
